Drac Caves
Manacor

A place of legend!

Maybe you’ve heard about the famous Drac Caves in Portocristo (Manacor). They were formed when seawater seeped into the rocks and perforated them. There are four interconnected caves, each with a different name: the Black Cave, White Cave, Lluís Salvador’s Cave and Cave of the French. There’s also a big underground lake, named Lake Martel after the person who discovered it. Drac Caves are visited by hundreds of people each day. Poor dragon. How can it rest with so many people traipsing up and down its lair!
