A place of legend!

In the keep of Almudaina Palace (known as Torre de l’Àngel or Angel Tower), there is a weather-vane in the shape of an angel which shows which way the wind is blowing. The tower used to house the workshop of Occitan alchemist Jaume de Lustrac, King John 1st’s protégé. He devoted his time to magical activities, including the search for the philosopher’s stone or the elixir of youth.
