And I want to think that these words do not say anything about me. If you want "I" is another one. Here "I" is what is happening. And what you let be and also happens. And you know: je est un hôte. A passerby. The guest who comes and goes. Staying on the slopes of an airport is perhaps the best place for guests who come and go. And the scare that you give yourself when you suddenly guess that with your eyes shut you will not hit anywhere nor anything. They have that premature pump of things that have not been pressed, which you have saved for another day that will never arrive. And it hurts to say if now you are nothing other than the remains of a pomegranate that is well squeezed or that little wine that the guests leave in the glass.

Sebastià Perelló

(Costitx, 1963). Sebastià Perelló is a writer of poetry and narrative and teacher of Catalan language and literature in high school. Interested in travel literature, he has taught numerous courses and conferences on the subject and has also signed several articles about it. Author of poetry books such as La set (2007), Percaceries (2010) and Talls d'ombra (2012), and in narrative of titles such as Pèls i senyals (2008) and Veus al ras (2016), awarded with the Premi de the Catalan Critic of 2016. He has also edited compilations of stories and literary criticism.
