Dragons are fantastic creatures that feature in numerous legends. They make their lair in caves and underground hideaways, filled with smoke and gloomy blackness. Many of Majorca’s caves are said to have been inhabited by dragons, like Santanyí’s big Drac cave, where you can find the black gallery, beautiful damsel’s chamber and fabled beast’s room. Back in prehistoric times, it was used by pre-Talayotic people.
