A place of legend!

Do you remember the story of the three little pigs? Well, there’s a very similar Majorcan folk tale, except instead of the three little pigs, there’s a cockerel, a lamb and a piglet and instead of a wolf, there’s the dragon of Sa Murtera Blanca, a village close to Campanet. Rather than a straw, wooden and stone house, there’s one made of feathers, another made of wood and a third made of iron. What’s more, in our tale, the piglet is so astute that it avoids being eaten by the dragon. It manages to get the cockerel and the lamb, which the dragon had eaten, out of its belly, stopping the dragon from eating anyone else.
