Son Ferriol was an estate close to Palma. In 1898, the land began to be developed, with the construction of a café, shop, barber’s, ironmonger’s and carpenter’s. Round the estate, houses sprang up, streets were laid and a church and state school were built. But few know that Son Ferriol is the place in Majorca where witches used to gather with their covens.
