Sa Drecera cross is one of the monuments on the road to Monti-sion that represents the Virgin Mary’s seven Joys and seven Sorrows. Each of them featured a medallion that depicted one of the said events. In this case, it was substituted by a cross. It stands on a stepped round base, with no ornamentation. The cross is a Latin one, decorated at the ends with plant motifs.
