This building was built in around 1928 by its owner. Later it was a clinic called Clínica Tugores from 1950 to 1970, the name by which it is popularly known.
It is a detached building, which occupies a whole building block, surrounded by gardens and terraces. Clad entirely in stone, it has a basement, two storeys and a central tower with a hip roof.
