This house was built in the early 20th century because it is recorded as being the site of the Horrach fizzy drinks factory between 1910 and 1979. Outside, it stands out for its semi-circular balconies on the first floor, where two small ones at the sides alternate with a central glassed-in one with a cone-shaped roof. All the balconies have encaustic cement tiles along the front.
