This large house is popularly known as Can Perico in reference to Pere Descatlar Alomar, who used to own it. It was built by Antoni Descatlar i Gual in 1885, as shown on the inscription over one of the entrance doors. The building is made up of one single section, lending it a fortified appearance. It is eclectic in style, with neo-Gothic and colonial features.
