The Coliseu Balear is one of the most emblematic features of the area of Palma that grew up beyond the city centre. It is a bull ring created by well-known architect Gaspar Bennàssar in eclectic style. It covers an area of 11,000 m² and can hold up to 14,400 spectators. It is currently used to hold shows and events of different kinds.
