According to Vicenç Furió, Adrià Ferran made this statue of Our Lady of Good Remedy in 1817 and it was originally in Sant Felip Neri Church in Palma. In 1841, six years after the expulsion of the monks, the statue was moved to Binissalem and added to a neo-classical reredos.
