The amazing road that winds down to Sa Calobra includes a very interesting feature called Nuus de sa Corbata (Knot in the Tie). It is a section of road with a hairpin bend, overlooked by Puig Major mountain. The road crosses under the first part of the bend, rather like a knot in a tie.
