(Binissalem, 1916 – Palma, 1981). Llorenç Moyà Gilabert was a poet, narrator and playwright. Having obtained a degree in Law he combined his work as a lawyer for a few years with literature and took part in the Mallorcan cultural life. He became involved with the Escola Mallorquina and wrote Pujant al cim (1942-43) or Flabiol de Pastor (1944-45). A few years later, under the influence of new aesthetical trends, he published Ocells i peixos (1953), Flos sanctorum (1956) and La posada de la núvia (1955).
