FROM CIUTAT TO PUERTO DE ANDRATX
(BATH IN PORTALS VELLS AND VISIT TO THE CAVES)
Enjoy, dark body! the skin is vibrating, oozing
rhythms. The sea is light as a sky.
What boat of shadows, then, and thoughts fluctuate
by the swift horizon of my longing?
Boulders inside, a bleat
of centuries imprisoned stops the joy.
Everything is fogging with time. the skylight
of fine air cracks. there away
watches the fear. On the waves growls
loneliness, like a slow buoy.
Dos viatges per mar (Two sea voyages), 1965
