When King James 1st had conquered the island, Santueri Castle still held out and so he instructed his best knight to seize it with all haste. However, the Saracens laughed at the Christians besieging the castle. They still had plenty of food supplies, although it was a mystery how they managed to get them. Was there a secret tunnel to the sea? Did they have a talisman that made them invisible so that they could go out hunting? Or was there some spell that multiplied their wheat? The knight decided that if they could not win with their weapons, then they would have to do so with cunning. He swore the Catalan flag would fly above the castle walls...
