Can Burbaia is a building in popular architectural style bought by Esteve Conrado in 1595. It was the first house in the town to accommodate Minim monks, and later it was used as a guesthouse, barracks, carpenter’s and finally as a restaurant. The big rafter inside the building is said to have come from the boat that brought Esteve to Majorca.
