This house was built in the late 19th century by the Fuster family of Can Polla, Palma traders who needed to have a place to stay in Lloseta. The three-storey building, with each floor separated by mouldings, has windows regularly distributed across the façade. The ones that stand out the most are on the top floor, particularly the central one, which has a heavily decorated iron balcony.
