A place of legend!

Pirate attacks were common on Llucmajor coast. On Allapassa estate, there was said to be a shepherd who was courageous enough to ward off a group of Moorish pirates all on his own who had come in search of Majorcans to enslave. The shepherd was very ingenious and daring. He invited the pirates into his home for something to eat. The shepherd had a big pan of milk on the stove and the starving Saracens accepted his invitation without thinking twice. When the shepherd started to ladle out the milk, what they did not expect was for him to swiftly hurl the boiling milk into their faces. Pushing and shouting, the pirates ran away and it is said that they never dared land at Allapassa again.
